Looks to me like you had a pretty fun day! I love my bolt guns but I also need to shoot them more.

Well now that’s 2 very nice defensive instruments and what a tune I can imagine they play lol

 

Lever action rifles are pretty scarce right now.

 

Folks are hedging there bets about the eventual banning of semi autos. Amazing the fear folks have of totally inanimate objects.

 

Additionally, Marlin hasn't been making anything in a while, and probably won't until Ruger gets things under control.

 

And Marlin is exactly what I am after.

Damn, can't tell you how many times I had one in my hands and passed on it before the shit storm.

 

This market is really putting the damper on my plans to get some BP revolvers.

I want to duel wield Dragoons.

 

It's frustrating.

 

Got my supernova off layaway for my birthday, pulled the scope and sling and put on a spare holosun, now I just need to replace the rear sight (it was removed by the previous owner) and I want to see what other mods I can do, I would like a longer magazine extension.

Edit: after some thought it will be pretty simple, shotgun card on left side of receiver, sling, and light. Not sure what light I want to run but I think Esstac shotgun cards will be the ticket, gonna measure to see if the 7 rounders will work on this gun.

 

I want a long ranger but it'd be nice if it took AR mags vs some proprietary box.

 

New member here. I'm liking this so far. I pick up my Taco next week, but we can talk guns all day. I'm EO on them. I might have one or two. Glad that ammo is starting to come back around and the price is dropping. I still have one that eludes me. I'm trying to find a Browning Hi Power in good shape that they aren't trying to get Knighthawk prices for.

 

I'm still in 'hold' mode until case prices are back to 'normal' tbh. Not that I do as many matches these days.

 

Same waiting on the .17 cent 9mm to come back !!! used to shoot 1k a week before the crazy prices. Shooting is a perishable skill.

 

I've never shot competatively. Just military and LEO. I've thought about it but being able to spend the time to improve skills seems to be a problem.

 

I love the HP. I just never picked one up when they were in production. I figured it would be like the 1911 and always be around.

 

I'm finding 9 for $20 a box in my area. I have plenty of that. I'm waiting for 10, 454, 300 blk to come back at a decent price.

 

Yeah I picked up 2/3gun and practical stuff to help my .mil/LE shooting tbh. Multiple target, movement-based scenarios are good training time. Also, best pickup of the last year or three was the SIRT self resetting laser and various cell phone based apps that evaluated shots.
