Here’s my guess when the Feds raise interest rates maybe in September the whole bubble will pop. And if you’ve got cash you can come away with a great deal.

Why not buy a brand new SR V6 4x4 double cab??? Some are around 33k MSRP. If you can go without the V6, then cheaper

yeah but I bought my new 21 SR last month at sticker….granted my sticker was about 35k due to the add ons…tube steps, bed Mat, door edge guards, etc. Less equipped ones are about 33k and I still see them online…however I did have another dealer tell me I got “a deal” if I got mine for MSRP. Lol strange times we live in but then again Toyota in my area never had great incentives anyway. Only reason I got mine was because the insane trade amount they gave me for my WRX

Wow, and to think my TRD Sport was close to that brand new. In 2016 of course. Feeling like I got a good deal! Traded in a 120K 5.7L Tundra at the time.

Can’t say enough good things about the SR DCSB 4x4. Sticker is $33k. I was able to buy one, regear it, lock it, and put it on kings/total chaos for the sticker price of a TRD OR.

Can’t see prices on these ever coming down. Now that dealers know that people are willing to pay sticker and above. What motivation will they have to discount them?

they have added a few features since 2016 so its no surprising as features become standard that you will see a bump in cost. I never looked at the sport but most were 35k-36k when i was looking in 2019 for a 4x4

The Fed is stuck in the roach motel of low rates so party on. They're never going to raise them

In time as others have said. Once they get a large amount of sitting inventory, they'll have no choice but to reduce their prices.

Hop on a plane and buy this new 2021 Tacomas Sport. It works out to 34K USD
Prices are stupid here too, but not like I've seen south of the border.

Haha I only had my base 2020 for 3 months and traded with under 1000 miles on it. Never even got to send it LOL. Reason I traded was because I got it for like 26k and dealer gave me 30,500 for trade on the taco….so couldn’t pass that up as the truck is much more useful for me and home projects

Supposedly the Canadian models with manual transmission don't include TPMS, making importation basically impossible.
