I wish I can center the fairlead but I'm pretty sure SOMETHING might go wrong since the winch itself is off centered by an inch correct? Can someone chime in on this?

Same, though now I have 140k miles and need to replace plugs again. Skid plate, roof rack, sod topper, steps, recovery kit, wife & kids, my fat butt. It all adds up.

Good Lord, I have been getting 300 miles a tank from the jump. I’d kill for 400.

All my rigs are purpose built. From crawling to camping. I also enjoy a nice stock truck for what that’s worth. Toyota’s are the jam!
Save ya flow and get the Deavers! Ride quality is unmatched and no squeaks!!

You would be fine. My crawlers fair lead wasn’t lined up after I bashed the front so much. I never had an issue, using the winch regularly. However you will need to pay attention to it spooling back in, but to be honest that should be done anyways.

That's what I'm leaning towards now honestly. Looks like most people have em in stock, and Matt's got them where he works for a great price. Just picked up the tent this morning too, now to grab some bars for mounting.

Too many to list. I’m lazy
Just my 2 cents but I have been working with a similar dilemma. My Deavers are amazing but are not enough lift. Even with the stage 3 pack they only provide 1” of lift unloaded. So I would still need my 1” block to remain level. You might have a similar problem. This is why I am most likely going to go with the Dobinson leafs. More lift with more options for constant load.

Are you rolling stage 3 or 2? I mean I got a camper, decked, Fridge and gear. I couldn’t imagine wanting more lift in the rear. I could clear 35s easy back there.
If you roll with the Dobinsons, with a heavier duty pack, I can only imagine the ride would be harsh. I because Deaver already uses a massive progressive leaf stack, and the only way to lift it, is gonna be to added stiffer leafs. You can’t arch them anymore with thicker leafs.
I would roll will an added block if I needed another 1” out of it, before I would swap my leafs.

I was down there last weekend and I swear, blasting through that thick, humid air gave me worse mpg
I kept thinking I was sweating but it was just the humid air sticking to me.

Haha! I grew up down there. I know it sounds crazy but that's my happy place. I love the hot thick air.

Hammer hangers give about 3/4 if an inch lift too, if I remember right

I like the custom leaf packs myself. The progressive spring rate keeps it from jarring. I don’t play enough in the rocks to need extreme travel. My Icon RXT’s in setting 2 have been great loaded and unloaded. They do squeak every once in a while after wheeling though.

Well, that was short lived. Everything was working fine and then it flickered....before going out completely.

Wiggle the connector. Did you replace the resistor when you replaced the connector?

Nvm, I see that you did both. But try wiggling it anyway. Of all the ones I’ve fixed, that was always a temp fix. The burn causes poor continuity in the pins.

I only had ac on low speed with the fan blower. Unplugged the connector and cleaned the connectors to the motor with a toothpick/really small nail wrapped with really fine grit automotive sand paper. Took a while! Plugged it back in ac works on all speeds. Been over a year. I replaced the resistor but that wasn't it so I but the OEM resistor back in and it still works. SO now I have a spare resistor. The wires were definitely dark on one of the prongs maybe 2 of them I can't remember. Been over a year and still working. Didn't replace the harness either. Just my story. Take Care.
