Kill switch needed

Where are you guys hiding your kill switches?

Reason I ask is one like mine was stolen so Im using a club

 

You do.know that a club is easily removed by using bolt cutters to cut thru the steering wheel

 

I've seen them placed under the dash, glove box, center console and under the hood.
Use your imagination.

 

Can't you just pull the fuel pump relay under the hood? How many criminals carry around relays? If I have to leave my truck in a bad area I'll just pull a relay and take it with me.

 

I just uninstall my starter

I was thinking of doing a 4x shifter button mod to keep it inconspicuous.

 

Just curious cause I don't know the answer, are these thieves hotwiring or what? Are tacoma's hotwireable?

In addition, R6/7/8/9/10/11 and so on are typically the same. A smart guy would just use the AC relay and drive off. AC is optional in a 135mph police chase. LMAO

I posed this the other day too… can’t you just remove the fuel pump relay behind the lower dash? That’s a pretty specific connector IIRC

Not sure mine will even break 90 going down hill with a tailwind.
On a serious note would it be better to make a switch off the fuel pump or the starter? I feel as though if it was the starter it could still be push started.
Also wasn't there a tread a while back about putting a tracker.

 

I installed an RFID kill switch. you can look all day and not find a switch.
It is behind an interior panel with no wires exposed, no relays to find under the dash, even though there is a disguised relay.
For obvious reasons I can't say much more than that.

 

My kill switch on the rear battery is here. And....it's on the negative side of the battery. Just a thought to chew on. (don't pay attention to the red wire...who the hell uses the correct color anyway....jeeezzzzeee)
