    2018 White Tacoma SR5

Looked through the forums, and watched a couple videos, but couldn't seem to find one that quite fit my trucks problem.
This is a 2018 Tacoma SR5. Bought it last year with 21000 miles and within 3 months of owning it, the brakes became violently shaky. Took it to Toyota, they turned/machined the rear drums saying they became "warped" from the rain. Odd, but it fixed the problem.
In about 2 months, the truck started shaking again with braking, and there was a new noise with braking. It's not continuous, but with every rotation. Started out quiet but grew very loud.
Took it back to Toyota. They machined the front rotors and replaced the brake pads. Fixed the shaking and the noise. Thought we were in the clear.
Within a week the noice came back. This time, we decided to go to an auto body shop and look ourselves. Took off the drums and looked inside to see any signs of rubbing between the drum and the backing plate, didn't see anything. The backing plate did not appear bent either.
Talked with a guy there, he said the brake dust can get in there, not have anywhere to go, and can cause the noice. Cleaned it out with cleaner and air dried it. Took the noise away for a couple days. Then it came back with a vengeance.
Took it to a local mechanic this time that works with brake drums. They said it was out of round. Replaced the rear drums with new kits. Noise went away for less than a week. It is now coming back. Not as loud as it was before, but just two days ago there was no noise.
The video is from a go-pro I strapped under the truck. The noise is at any speed now and regardless of how hard I press on the brakes (it used to go away with more rapid/aggressive braking).
Anyone have any ideas what could be causing the sound?

Could an axle, both axle, and/or the axle housing bent?
