I'm not sure what brand they are, something nice though. Quality improved sure, but volume didn't. Sometimes podcasts I listen to have such a low master volume, driving with a window cracked on the freeway, gotta have it maxed. I'd like to not have to do that

What kind of prep and/or primer did you use, if any?

I've been thi about doing the same but I'm worried that the paint on the textured portion would wear prematurely.

Moved my EZ Pass from under my mirror to the right side of it (sold my UltraGuage EM Plus).
I think I'll get a BlackVue dash cam for the left side of the mirror.

I don't post here much due to budgetary constraints, but I'm super stoked about my latest mod. I wanted to preface this by saying that this never would have happened without the generous donation of sweat and time by @Vitalzone , not to mention the great price he gave me.

What I thought would be an hour or maybe two of time to slap these bad boys up actually took around 4 hours in the relentless Arizona sun. And I have the sunburned knees to prove it. They fit great but took a bit of work to get around two rivits on the frame.

I still have a little trimming to do on the fuel tank skid but with 3/4 of a tank they're not touching.

Swapped out the lightweight stockies for the new 6x9 Kickers, mounts and harnesses. Better already. Now just waiting for the Kicker tweeters to get here. Took all of 9 minutes during some light rain. Easy peasy.
