I had a blast, it was a fun day for myself and everyone else. The drive home in a F3 downpour wasn't, but that's just nature- no ones fault. I liked how everyone was eager to help spot when someone asked for help.

My only suggestions for group trip equipment is more based on basic recovery gear- everyone should have a basic strap w/ hooks, and a front and rear attachment point on their vehicle. The 2 way radios were nice, it helped when the group got separated a bit or to announce on-coming trail traffic. I followed Erik ( F250) and Andy (1st gen white Taco) on the way home, we were able to chat about a fuel stop and the near zero visibility on the interstate.

Make sure that everyone has a small cooler with water/snacks/lunch. We got lucky that no one broke down or got stuck badly which would have led to a long wait on the trail.

I was amazed at how well Erik navigated the F250 through the woods, as a few of those trails got narrow/rocky/hilly very quickly. The last section on the 'lost trail' loop was my favorite, the tall rocky hill climb then on to the steep drop off, cross the water then start climbing back up another rocky, slippery hill on the quest to the 'Pink and Black" escape route to get outta the woods before the rain started.

It was definitely a blast, and I'm happy to have gone.

Great points on the recovery equipment. Collectively I think we would have been fine because everyone had different gear which, combined, made up a full kit haha. Admittedly I forgot my own tow hitch, though I should probably get a hitch skid plate and keep the tow hitch strapped down in the truck somewhere.

The last part on the eastern trail was definitely great, too. I think next time I'll start out on the Eastern side because it seems more adventurous, rocky, and fun, then finish out with the mud holes of the western half.

So I’m even more pissed now than I was Saturday that I couldn’t go!!
Well good news it wasn’t a rear main seal leak. It was just a shitty oil change job. Hasn’t been a drop of oil under my truck since the dealer cleaned off what was underneath there when I took it back. Believe me I’ve been looking every few hours since Friday.. I Took it back by the dealer today after work to have the rear seal taken care of. They had my truck for 20 minutes came out and told me they apologize it must of be a sloppy oil change. They did say if it would’ve been a rear seal leak it would’ve been under warranty.

Great video clips looks like you guys had a whole Lotta fun I’m jealous!!
