When it comes to wiring I think you're about the only other dude on the planet I would trust with touching a wiring harness on a vehicle I own.

Ended up wrapping up the skid install this weekend, that door is going to make filter changes so much easier.

EDIT: also yes it's blurry but it's hot as :censored: out there and I'm not going out to take another picture

BGB / Powder Coat It! has done a good job on whatever I've given them so far: https://powdercoatitaz.com/index.html
Haven't done wheels with them though.

If you ever wanna go ham on powdercoating though, Bonehead Performance out in PA is absolutely insane. I used to live about 45 minutes from them and they did numerous projects for me, and it was always masked up and done up perfectly- not a speck out of place, no overspray or finish wrinkle anywhere. They do triple stage coats with flake and clear, really wild off the wall custom colors and stuff.

Anyone know of some areas close to Phoenix I can get on some dirt at decent speed and open it up a little bit? Doesn’t matter to me if it’s scenic or just some dirt roads. Only done what I consider high speed offroad once and it was pretty amazing how good the truck felt.

Thank you very much. I'm fucking stoked I got the job. There was over 300 people applying for two open positions so it was stressful.

We gotta get together for a drink or 10 sometime.

Dual battery install done. Pretty straight forward. Was about 2 hours taking my time. Luckily my previous fuse block install didnt interfere at all. In fact I didnt even have to redo any of the wiring, everything lined up perfectly with the Genesis setup. Couldnt be happier. Also wiped down the engine bay for the first time in...possibly ever hahahah.

So I posted this on my instagram and Genesis Offroad watched the story and dropped me a line about switching the power wire for my fuse block to the other battery since its currently on the starting battery. Very cool of them to take the time to do that.

My headunit is acting up. Steering wheel controls randomly wont work, then other times it just starts beeping and acting like i'm hitting buttons when I'm not. Guessing it's well on it's way to shitting the bed.

I drive up to Flagstaff from North Phoenix (7th St and Union Hills) tomorrow afternoon.

Happy to help if whatever you need transported can get to me before I leave. I'm busy until I leave and can't drive to Chandler.
