What's funny is, I really liked this girl so I never pressed on to do things or force myself.

Some few years later (we broke up and remained friends), she came out to tell me that she threw herself at me because she really liked me a lot, but thought that I may not have been attracted to her which is why she always initiated stuff.

Damned if we do, damned if we don't.

 

Skateboarding is a good way to not get girls, at least the ones you're interested in

 

I knew some sisters who always invited me and some friends over to hang out in Jr High then we stopped cause they went to a different High School. The youngest never wanted to do anything but then she had some D in High School, then out of the blue she calls me up wanting to hang out again and get physical.

 

The D, changes things

 

I had a track teammate do this to me in college. She followed me around for almost a year. Got mad when I didn’t call/text her during summer. Then started breaking boundaries by walking into my house at all hours and getting in my bed, laying on top of me, undressing in front of me, etc.

When people noticed how she was always with me they’d ask and she would tell them “I was following her around” and she felt bad for me. I told her to leave me alone when I heard that. Apparently she really liked me but also didn’t. No time for those games.

So she had a thing for you but wanted people to think you had a thing for her instead?

Exactly. She had an appearance to keep up I guess? I wasn’t a jacked sprinter/football guy that drove a Mercedes. Which is what her social media portrays as the kind of guy she hangs out with.

But she really enjoyed rolling around with me in the Taco and talking to me. Just can’t let anyone else know that.

 

The coolest girls I hung out with in Jr High/High School turned out to be lesbian later on. So glad I could help them

 

Ah yeah I've known people like that, think we all have.

For me it was with certain friends at school; you know...the kind that had the newest sneaker drops, the fanciest clothes, etc.

Had a few friends that played that part, yet were friends with someone like me (we grew up with not much). Yet out in public, they acted as if we were barely knew each other.

Love when I've run into those people many years later in the real world.

FUCK I JUST REMEMBERED ONE GUY.

He always had the newest shoes, and used to smoke weed and be one of the cool guys.

He had an M3 at the time that his parents got him. His name was Kevin, and even though we skipped class some times and hung out, in front of the 'cool' kids he acted like he didn't know me.

I had come back from one of my tours to Iraq and was at a Wells Fargo ATM; I one of my Corvettes already and he, had the same BMW. You're talking some +5 years later.

Apparently he was still smoking weed, bumming it at home and just being a low life. He didn't word it that way but you could tell he wasn't doing anything for society.

On the other hand, here he was trying to suck up to me, remind me how we were friends and all, and thought it was cool what I was doing.

Felt good in an odd way knowing how much of a fake friend he was, thinking he was better than people, only to turn out the way he did later on.

 

Haha, I had a fling with this girl after HS I had a huge crush on during school. Lasted about a month but it was a whirlwind of crazy (fun) memories to look back on lol.

Anyway, one day she just called it off and I found out shortly after that she was dating a woman

Then she dumped her and got with an ex-con on parole

Now she's a born again Christian with 4 kids living in the desert with some linebacker looking dude

 

Repression is the worst kind of protection. We all know how Catholic girls deal with repression.

Oh yeah I know about it all too well lol. I was pretty sheltered by a helicopter mom as a kid. I was a Boy Scout all through school, but after high school and my first girlfriend dumped me, all bets were off. Was like a switch flipped Breaking Bad style.

I like to think its better to let kids/teens have some slack in being their own person and making their own mistakes as they go through that part of life so they are better prepared for the shit that gets thrown at them later, IMO.
