So my rear end has been leaning for a long while (about an 1-1 1/2 inch difference on either side) so I'm thinking they're most likely side specific. Ordered new OME rear shocks because where you need to hold onto the top of the shock in order to tighten the nut down is done for and had to order new U-bolts because one of them got destroyed, flattened thread and slightly bent no idea how that happened

Hopefully this works because I really don't want to order new leaf springs. Happy Saturday everyone

Got my new leaf springs and shocks. Still waiting on my damn U-bolts. Safe to say the old leaf springs might be a bit worn out

Just a little. Debating if I should take them apart and clean them up and keep them as spares or maybe sell

Can always sell them to local blacksmiths, the steel in those is hard as hell and makes great axe heads

I knew a knife guy that would make you a badass knife out of your leafs to say thanks for the rest of the material. He moved back to Texas.

But now that you have your own shop you could setup an anvil and a small outdoor forge.

    Pay up.

Finally back together. Feels good to actually have new suspension instead of usedIMG_20210724_172504_459.jpg IMG_20210724_172504_519.jpg IMG_20210724_172504_590.jpg

Pretty big difference between the old leafs and the new ones. The one on the far right was on the driver's side which explains the really bad lean, it also had a bit of a twist in it
