    See below.

We'll do onsite ticket sales for cash and accept money via PayPal, Zelle, etc. 100% of cash raised will go to America Heart Association.

Then main job for the raffle coordinator is to hit up vendors and businesses for donations. I've got the list from last year as a starting point. Everyone who supports the raffle gets a logo on the t-shirt as a sponsor.

Since it's a charity raffle the donation is tax deductible, we raised over 500$ last year, and had about 3k in product on the table.

I've never done t-shirts before, how do I get the logo's for them?

Update on tent sites: they are still under construction, and will be released for reservation later in the summer. We'll get an email and FB notification a week ahead of time.

I grabbed the RV site right beside the group site just because. It shows 30 amp service which means my genny will be free to light the group site if it doesn't have electrics. I have a tiny camper so someone may be able to park a truck with me if they have a RTT.

Last year I brought 2, I don't know how many people actually got steak though. I provided and then disappeared to my camper because I was dealing with some personal shit.

I will try to get some blocks of cheddar and maybe some other stuff to smoke mid September for this. Otherwise I camp pretty Spartan. Hot dogs or burgers on tortillas and a cast iron over a fire to cook em up.

    Will do.

I think everyone who wasn't too drunk to understand "do you want a steak?" got some. Then we had second steak dinner at midnight.

Hey @Arcticelf what's your Friday shenanigans plan? Are y'all wheeling Friday or just getting there and kipping up and starting Saturday? Just trying to figure out what my vacation request should be. I'm 6 hours away, can do that Thursday if Friday is shenanigans or Friday if it's just meetup day.
