Here's one for you internet lawyers.

I had a 3yd dumpster from a local trash service with the worst service I've ever experienced. Ended up canceling them but they have yet to pick up the dumpster. It's been on my property going on a month now since canceling. I think we've left around 15 voicemails. We don't owe anything, no open account, just their dumpster still hanging out. How long before I can just keep it or it's considered abandoned?

 

got some big plans for it if it becomes yours?

Start my own trash service obviously. But really.. I'd sell it.

Never signed anything, called them up, asked for the 3yd dumpster, they added us to billing/schedule and they came and dropped it off. In the near year of service with them they probably picked it up a total of 7-10 times on a bi-weekly schedule. Now it just sits full of trash at the top of my driveway.

 

Sounds like it just disappeared. How much is scrap these days?

damn sorry bro. You file a report with dpd? My nishiki is junk really but i keep it inside mostly because I would hate to lose my bike. I’ll keep my eyes peeled here in Aurora. Def file a report & I’d go to the nearest 3 pawn shops & look ASAP. Probably a handful of city scum that steals all the bikes

Pizza front fender, Paul Boxcar stem is the only chrome. TIME pedals but that's not an easy spot.

 

Yes I did. It was a pretty impressive grab honestly, they completely destroyed my rockymounts roof rack and scratch my car with the bottom of their shoes.
