It makes the steering twitchy if you’re not use to it as the truck will change directions much quicker. It also makes the wheel feel heavier

Also, be sure to follow me on Twattergram as I do a live unboxing of the partial JD Fab kit.

The first two hours will be devoted to reading highlights from this thread. Hour three will consist of gently pulling back the tape so as not to tear the printed JD logos. Hours four and five will consist of half of one upper arm being unwrapped and commentary about Jeff Bezos, Starlink and other unrelated matters. Hour six I will list forty companies and influencers and discuss merch and the timeframe for unveiling the next video where I will finish unboxing half of the JD kit.

Be sure to like, comment and share for a chance to not win anything.

Jesse's truck, mishell is 2x quick steer...gotta have some serious driving creds to pull that. My 1.5x is sitting on the bench for the time being. Can't wait when we do only dirt trip.

Put JD Fabrication down as part of your registry. She can have hers and you can have yours. You will then find out who her friends are and who are yours.

At least when I got married I wanted to put parts on the registry for the wife’s 4Runner. Supercharger, mid travel setup, wheels and tires. She’s 0 for 2 on decisions to help her build. First she decided on the ring before the supercharger and still complains every time she drives the taco that she wants one for hers

Just asked mine about that (4runner with supercharger) and she said, "daily drivers don't need superchargers" which is obviously wrong

Knowing them both I'd buy the dog and cat gifts to be able to handle the new combined fam.

In all seriousness though his fiance is a really cool girl she wheels camps and supports the craziness.

She knows it. I only make so much money lol. So she’s been waiting 3 years for 4Runner mods. Next year will be her year though. Been talking about cooking up something special with the guys at ADS for early next year.

Literally all cars need superchargers. Definitely wrong

I'd argue that because it's a daily it needs the supercharger more than a dedicated trail rig. Lugging big tires around town is much more difficult without having the extra power. For a dedicated rig, on the trail or in the dunes you can build up speed or build revs for extra power when needed. When the lights go red during city driving, you won't see me reving out the 4.0L just to get to the next light. So having some boost on a daily makes more sense to me the way I see it. 4.0L makes power in the low-end to use it best anyways.

Or don't overthink it like I did and go supercharger, because supercharger. Amirite :burnrubber:
