she is alive. Runs 424 hp. 12 psi boost. I love it so freakin much. Definitely worth the money spent. It’s sounds so freakin good

 

my seats are getting reupholstered right now. They look sick. It’s real black leather. I tried to get really orange leather but everything I ordered came way to dark orange. So this is a good vinal. What do you all think about it? I’m putting my truck in my local car show on the 24th of July

What trans are you running?

 

It’s a r150f from a 3.4 I pulled it apart and put a shorter in put shaft in and got a bell housing it bolt to the 2jz

 

My seats are done besides my head rests. What do y’all think. I love them. They are real leather

Know I know what you are talking about. My 2j doesn’t have good torque on the low end. Other than that. It’s freakin fun. It makes really cool noises. Can I ask what it takes to turbo a 3.4. My cousin wants to do a turbo on his 2002 tacoma. I’m wondering if you use the stock ecu. Or how it all works.

i used a 97 ecu with an fic6 and meth injection. if i wasnt auto I would go standalone

 

I need to just do it. It runs so well. Makes really good noises. I love driving it around.

 

How much hp does it have? I want to ride in a turbo 3.4.

 

I just picked up a 200$ camper shell. I will rhino line it to match.

 

setup not dynod. enough to slip auto trans at 15-16psi. Ive seen other setups start to get close to the 400whp number at this boost level. I daily it at 8psi and only turn it up on occasions. I believe these engines are at their absolute limits at that 400whp mark. definitely keep it short runs and lots of meth keeping iats super cool and effective octane up. lce will sell rods/pistons/headstuds to go who knows how high. in the early 2000s there were a couple 5vz builds getting close to the 1000hp mark. dont think ive ever seen it achieved though

 

That’s cool. I run mine at 12 psi. It’s been a lot of fun so far. Why don’t you manual swap your truck? It might be slower but will be able to handle more hp. Do you recommend the cx racing kit for the 3.4? And are you running different injectors?
