And, F-350s are actually selling for MSRP these days. Lot lizards must be loving life, except for the empty lots.

dieseltoys is quoting $30k for a 3rd gen conversion, so the price isn't totally out of line. I'd totally be interested in a factory diesel Tacoma, I'm just not interested at $75k. Maybe if someone found a great deal on a 3rd gen Taco with a blown engine it would be fun, but I'm just to cheap to be interested in this.

 

It even comes with all the BS and troubleshooting gremlins associated with a conversion! Hard to beat that value

Now in regards to this diesel Tacoma. I can only wonder why. It's not like diesel is cheaper than gasoline. Heck it costs MORE.

Slapping a diesel into a 3rd gen tacoma does not make it a Hilux. What a dumbass.
