And hers is an SR5 like mine too isn't it? Awesome. :headbang:

Also sitting at the grocery store today there was this sad looking Jeep that had a bunch of autozone shit glued to it, with a tire cover on the back that said something like "don't even try to follow me, you'll get stuck" and I'm thinking to myself bro it's a stock wrangler with like 29.somethings!

You dont need a spotter or recovery gear for Broken Arrow. Its 5 minutes from town and takes 20 minutes to run. You'll wish you ran an actual trail when you finish. That being said, there are so many amazing things to do in Sedona, taking a person thats prone to carsickness on 4x4 trails is not one of them. Maybe walk down to Oak Creek, eat at Mariposa, relax at the Pavillion at Posse Grounds Park, visit the Chapel of the Holy Cross etc.

Oh yeah I wasn’t going to go there just for that, it’s more like a fun side trip as part of the day. I know she would love the views and like I said, she’s super good at photography so I might get some real top notch Instagram poser material

There’s other spots I definitely would be going, as it’s hard to find a place out there that doesn’t have amazing views.

Also worth noting that they are both what you would call “active seniors” and they aren’t afraid of a modest but not crazy hike.

20 min to run it :burnrubber: I want to ride along with you for that lol. Hitting all the scenic stops for about 5 min and doing all the bonus lines I usually plan on 2 hours for that trail. No traffic, no stops and no bonus lines I could probably rally it in about 20 min in my truck lol

He would take that deal. He was looking at a few but other adult plans came up that took priority.

It really was! I want to get a few pit bikes just for that kinda thing again. We are plotting a weekend trip back up that way end of august beginning of September if you're interested.

Agreed. 20 minutes would be bonkers!

I've spent 4 hours on the trail without purposefully trying to waste time or take a long time.

Trying to diagnose suspension or UCA issues. Going at slow speed over speed bump or something it makes a weird noise like a loud tick noise. Sounds weird or almost like a clunk tick lol. Any advice?

Also pay attention to whether or not it happens only once after backing up or moving forwards- an often misdiagnosed “suspension” noise is actually the brake pads clacking in the caliper when the rotor changes direction- Tacos have fixed piston calipers unlike 95% of the cars on the road. So the spring to keep the pads centered can wear or fall out and you’ll hear them when they soak up the few hundredths of an inch of play.

Hmmmm this might sound like the issue maybe too it’s really hard to tell because it didn’t start happening till about 2 weeks ago
