Actually WM and Costco synthetic oil isn't bad.. I think it is made by Warren Petroleum Products. If you see a WPP on the bottom of the bottle, it came from Warren.

A long time ago Mobil supplied some of their oil. I think the image was a square G on the bottom.

I like the new Mobil1 high mileage extended 10,000 mile oil. It did stop a rear main seal leak.

 

This was a funny oil gimmick back in the day. Blue Velvet. Now we have Royal Purple.

I didn't realize it had this feature. That can be real handy and it integrates well with my Kenwood DMX957XR. I'm sold.

Will be fun to see how poorly these 'smart' features work.

 

LOL.. I turned all of those features off. Though it does provide a better view of the road at night that what I can see through the windshield.

 

Is kind of interesting when you drop off your vehicle for service and the camera is recording what the mechanics in the shop are doing without them knowing it.. LOL

 

Wal Mart locks nearly everything up out here.

The whole damn movie is good. Now I need to rewatch.

 

The only complaint I have is the microSD has a max size of 32GB. I would really like to use a 256GB and just let it run. It will rewrite like a DVR.

The only other thing is bugs on the windshield are visible in the recordings and sometimes it picks up reflections from the dash. I put down a black towel to try to stop the sun reflections from bouncing off the dash.

 

I'm not exactly crazy about it recording me when I'm walking around the truck in the driveway all hot, sweaty, covered in dirt or oil, and looking pissed off.

 

Why don't we have merit badges like the Jeep community? I guess because we're cool and don't need to show off about the trails we've run?

 

Kendall oil makes theirs red, that way you can have a mini heart attack and second guess yourself wondering if you just drained the trans haha

 

One of my son's buddies bought a Camry where the owner drained the transmission transfer case and the transmission no realizing those are separate.

 

I'm sure a 3rd Genner out there has been trying to adopt something like this for their kind.

The guy on IG just annoys the shit out of me; I think I liked/followed them about a rig they posted one time and that was it.

Then I got a notification some time after that they went LIVE.

Clicked on it to watch a bit and 15 seconds is all it took to say NOPE.

 

Still don't have an IG or a TikTok and I'm sticking by that decision

 

Had an IG, never had TikTok, never had FB. Hell I don't even like the modern internet in general most of the time.

 

Respect that decision

You know, I was on that boat for soooo long (I don't have, and refuse to get TikTok).

I got IG and just watch a ton of funny shit during my down time; trust me there's a lot of down time in the car business!

Even Miguel, who works as much as he does, sends me stuff daily.
