    I used to have a belt buckle with a single shot .22 in it with a quick release button. I never wore it so never got to shoot anybody with it. It woulda prolly just pissed him off.

    Remembering my little .22 belt buckle reminded me of a story. I was driving truck for CFI at the time. Which the Canadian drivers not so jokingly said stood for “Canadian Freight Interceptors”.
    I also had a 9mm Beretta and any time I had to go into Canada I had to be routed through Detroit so I could leave my guns at our terminal there. I really hated Detroit so I sold my guns to a mechanic there. That was about the time I got put on a NAFTA regular run and always had to go through Detroit anyway. Those Canadian border patrol guys know how Americans are and are very enthusiastic about searching for guns and radar detectors. I got sick of that crap and got me a local, home every night oilfield haul.
