Yep. I literally gave flesh, blood, bone and keratin to the movement. I also just flipped a coin. Heads was free him. Tails was fucking let him rot.

That’s no fun. Glad you’ll be ok. Just had my shoulder pop out for a record time of 20 mins while surfing. I was on my way to urgent care when I was able to get it back in. I absolutely hate that pain. Now it’s sore as hell and I’m going to take some meds.

 

Go see a PT. I had a similar issue. Climbing too much made my shoulder really strong but the opposing groups where weak as hell. That caused the pecs to be able to pull my shoulder far enough forward for it to pop out.

I good buddy is a great PT and also a climber. He gave me a few exercises to do and a few stretches. Within weeks I was way better. Within 3 months I never had it pop out again. Go see a PT that surfs.

 

I need surgery. I’ve been putting it off since 2017. I hit my palm on my board and it popped my shoulder straight up and out then instantly back in. Ever since, it happens when surfing from time to time. This time and a time I was playing with my dog were the worst. When it was actually stuck out and I was helpless.

There will be more of these as the pain killers and boredom take over. lol
