Oh my bad, thank you for replying. Does anyone else know if I would want the high caster or stock geometry arms for a 6" fabtech lift?

Best bet is to call JBA and talk to one of their customer service reps.

Update: I installed the new pleated poly boots on June 19th, almost three weeks ago and they still look new. The original rubber boots started to shit the bed at 2 weeks. Hopefully you all have similar success when putting the new poly boots on.

I had posted on IG an they replied

"Our boot manufacturer has been catching up, the warranty claims will all be fulfilled soon. Thank you for your patience!"

and replied to another user saying:

"I'm sorry you have not received a response from us. We work very hard to keep communication with everyone that contacts s. If you have a warranty claim, we received a shipment of boots today. All warranty claims should be fulfilled by the end of July"

JBA sucks... regardless of what you've purchased.
My buddy who owns a website took his '69 Dodge RT 426/4spd/ Dana 60 rear into their shop for simple stuff.
They cut into his air cleaner base to clear a spark plug wire boot, cracked the fiberglass base on the hood for air induction after installing a battery that was too tall (without customer acknowledgement) and slammed the driver door which cracked the manual roll up window mechanism.
They are still in small claims court.
That you get any response... you should be greatful.
    Good luck guys.

Just got an email that my replacement boots are on the way. I've been riding on the temps for a couple months and they're still holding but we'll see what the new ones look like.

after paying $100 in shipping i got slapped with another $200 in border fees at the door. super unhappy that this amount wasnt mentioned at time of purchase. could have bought spc arms locally for less.

So you bought from a company in the USA and had it shipped to Canada and you are surprised by import tax?

Are you pissed at JBA or Canada?

i buy hundreds of products from the states. the full amount is almost always stated during checkout but it was shipped cod and i definitely wasnt expecting to pay that much. What im mad about is that no extra fees were mentioned at any point during the purchase or shipping process until they showed up at the door unexpectedly.

also one of my boots came pre damaged

That boot damage would irk me too. Not that you should have to repair and live with it, but I have found this stuff to be excellent. JBA may also be able to get you a new boot for free, just not sure about the import aspect etc.

Again, you should never have to repair a brand new product, but if you choose to I think you’ll be happy with a self fusing silicone tape like this:

I received my JBA arms in March this year with the upgraded pleated boots. No rips or tears so far and I have taken it off-road with mixture of city driving.
