I've never had seat covers in any of my vehicles.

 

At the Subaru dealer getting the WRX serviced. They've got a 2021 Corvette on the used lot. It's sexy.



They've got a gray/silver 2020 Off-road Taco too, but we all know what those look like so not picture worthy.

 

Almost looks like a Lamborghini. If I got in one I don’t think I’d be able to get out.

 

I thought it was a Lambo when I drove past on the way into the dealer.

 

They're only asking $96k. Where do I sign?

 

Since you know a bunch about appliances, do you know anything about radiant floor heating?

This is what the last gen of Corvettes tried to look like, and I'm so glad Chevy finally made a good looking car.

I never understood how they get them filled with hot air without catching them on fire, you know, when they’re flat.

Being "mature" brings on some unforeseen issues - crouching and bending for example.

We start the process of filling the envelope by using a fan to begin the inflation - you can see it on the right of the picture next to the basket. You can also have people flap the opening to force air into the envelope if you don't have a fan but that's harder and takes longer, especially with a larger envelope. When it is sufficiently full to use the burner(s), several people hold the mouth open while the pilot directs the flame into the center of the envelope. Someone (or several people, depending on the size of the envelope) hold a line at the top of the envelope (the crown line) and controls the rate that the envelope lifts off the ground so that it is properly full as it raises into position and lifts the basket upright.

All these were using what looked like a 3.5HP motor with a fan blade attached.

 

Nope, not me. I'm in northeast PA. We were supposed to fly tonight but the winds are too fast both on the surface and aloft.

 

These looked like it took forever to get above the trees, but then they were gone!

 

How do you decide where and when to land?
