I searched this and have only found complaints about it and no solutions. I am only 6' 1" tall, thats not too extremely tall, and it seems like the rearview mirror is right in my way at all times, right in the middle of the windshield it seems. That is the biggest blind spot in the truck. Is there a way to remove and relocate it? Or an aftermarket one I can place a little higher? Thanks for any suggestions.

Walmart has aftermarket mirrors...as far as removing the oem mirror, I'd go to a glass shop (assuming your oem mirror is mounted to the windshield). Once off, you shouldn't have any trouble mounting the aftermarket mirror yourself.

flip it upside down and upwards, it'll lift it some. Not perfect but works for me at 5'10"
