I have to clean firework remnants out of my uard. I'm thinking a rake might help?

 

Beautiful breezy morning here in WV. I'm having coffee on the porch with my dog laying at my feet. I am not looking forward to heading back to Baltimore.

 

Anyone have an ECGS bushing puller tool they would be willing to lend or sell?

 

Fella had a wheel bearing go bad on the way out of the Krispy Kreme lot this morning. Sounded pretty bad when he went to leave then came back 5 mins later. He had a spare already so some guys lended some tools and we helped him change it. I took the lug nuts off and held a screw driver in the rotor, that's about it.

What was left of the bearing fell out and is on the ground in that pic lol.

When Stephen Gadget pulled back into the Krispy Kreme parking lot we all heard the loud crunching from his front end. As soon as Gadget was parked he had three people come up to him asking if he needed any help. This is just another reason why I love the HiluxSurf Off-Road group.


When we all went out to the AOAA for the Jambo last month 30 of us met at Mission BBQ in Harrisburg. One of the guys in the group broke something on his truck. I don’t recall what it was, but they went and found the part in Harrisburg and installed it there in the parking lot of Mission BBQ. It took about 3 hours to do the repairs. Half of us stay there till the repairs were done and the other half went to the campground to secure everybody’s camp spot.


Then after the day of wheeling somebody else broke something. And once again five guys jumped up to help the man down. They found the part in town and had it installed within a few hours. In both situations they were random strangers jumping up willing to help. In each situation each person said they wouldn’t want it being them stranded with nobody to help them. Never to leave a man behind!

 

These stories kick ass. Yet another reason to live a fulfilled life and treat others how you would like to be treated. Nothing gets under my skin more than a useless, rude, shit pump of a human being.

 

I have a bushing and seal installer tool & a needle bearing removal tool. I paid around $90 for em IIRC, I'll take $50 for em if that helps. I'm located in Monrovia (Mt.Airy area) so just LMK

 

There are some MobTown sliders for a short bed on the marketplace for $500.

DCLB or DCSB, AC, doesn't say. Comparing sizes to the other set, looks like possibly AC.

Mornin' neighbors...can't wait 'til my lights from DD (working with @memario1214 saved me some loot and helped tailor build a lighting product strategy to meet my needs, big shout-out!) and Bantham X gets in...still waiting for instructions from Explore Overland on how to install these damn sliders...usually I can figure this kind of stuff out, but this one has me boggled! Will pay in beer and breakfast burritos to anyone that has a clue and wants to help me install these things...

Explore Overland...well built, good looking welds, but for a bolt on accessory- not as clear as other things I've added
