Let's See Your Cats!!!

This one has a name now. Half n half because of the nose. He (it) and another named Sparrow (from pirate movies) are still the most shy and won't really let you touch them.

 

I wonder what he's seeing.

On occasion my cat Igloo will just stare over my shoulder, usually in my dark living room while next to me, like she sees/senses something that I can't/don't. I ask her who does she see when she does that. I truly believe they can see things that we can't...on the spiritual level.

Hobbes does the same thing sometimes, sits bolt upright on my lap and stares fixedly at something behind me. It can be more than a little creepy. Of course he's probably just watching something like a tiny spider slowly descending from the ceiling.

I'm sure it's not spooks.

Asleep. Does this all the time. Never had one do this as much as he does.

 

I nap, my shadow follows. Can’t leave a room without this fellow seeing where I’m headed.

My Squeak would do that all the time. Usually in the middle of the traffic pattern of the room.

 

I have 2 that are like that with me. The other 3 have others chosen.

 

Finally a picture of the elusive Sparrow. The black and white one, a black spot on his chinny chin chin.

 

We catch our current cat furiously staring at the same spot that our previous animals used to.

Here's the thing... A man was murdered in our place several years ago by samurai sword (per our homicide unit friend who happen to work the damn case). Thanks to our gracious friend, we know exactly where the man unfortunately passed on.

And here's the kicker.... That's the spot every animal we've had fixates on!
