    Just throwing darts here...

Have you tried turning the clutch/torque ring back and forth a few times?

Luckily it’s only 8 months old. Crazy thing is I’ve only used it 9 times! I just wanted a hammer drill in my arsenal for the next time I have to drill into concrete. I literally have only changed the battery 3 times including the last time to try a different battery to see if I get the same results.

Edit* got it for myself Black Friday for Christmas. :santa2:

Off to the Milwaukee certified repair shop I guess. :annoyed:
I always thought it was weird how this gun would have to pull the trigger twice to get it to start.

I feel like the clutch slip ring is broken. I guess I’ll bring it in and find out.

I'm more than happy with the m12, but I have a bunch of batteries to swap. I would imagine the m18 Hacksall would last quite a bit longer with a given battery but as for the level of power, the m12 is all I need. I had to cut the shank of a trailer hitch ball once, hardened steel, the m12 with a good blade churned right through it.
