Probably just a technical issue. They just posted on FB and IG two hours ago about shooting a segment for MotortrendTV: https://www.instagram.com/p/CQtzX9Jt9dP/

I absolutely agree. But try to get someone on the phone. You can’t. Emails are preferred and usually answered but the phone is a joke.

They are reportedly down one office manager, and communications in all mediums (email included) seem to be effected. I really hope things get sorted out soon.

Waiting on replacement bedrack panels myself that got destroyed in shipping, Since I still would like to get a skid plate set and rear bumper I'm really holding out hope they can improve communications by the time I can afford another order.

That's because we have no one in the office to answer the phone and can't seem to find someone to come do it... And I am in the shop running it as well as fabricating orders and doing shipping. Emails are preferred because I can get to them when time permits.

Thank you for your review and we are sorry for the mishap. We have added a note to the website to clear things up about the side tubes.

Would you like us to send the parts and you have a local fabricator weld them on? I would cover the cost to have them welded on considering it was misleading.

Thanks Joe! If you can get me the parts I can find a friend able to help me weld them on, no need for you guys to cover that part.

Hey @Mobtown Offroad, one last question. Asides from the install video on the website, are there any other instructions? There's two brackets and a short piece of rectangular tube I'm not sure where they fit in.

These are the three pieces I'm talking about.

The L Brackets bolt to the underside of the chassis and the bumper attachment plates.

The other piece is the spacer for the hi lift to be bolted to the side of the swingout.

Hey @Mobtown Offroad, I pickup up a set of your heavy duty sliders from a guy here on TW for my '21 Tacoma DCSB. Unfortunately some of the mounting hardware is missing. Any way for me to order just the mounting hardware?

One final question @Mobtown Offroad. The parking sensor wire connector seems too big to fit over the square tubing on the bumper so the only way to get it to the outer two sensors is to run the wire under the bumper like this. Is it possible to run this wire over the top without it being exposed like this? Otherwise I’ll try and disassemble the wire connector.

Disregard my last post, @Mobtown Offroad, I found that those screw are M6.

My last and final question is about the Hi-Lift mount. I gather it goes vertical on the end of the swingout? I received that rectangular spacer, a carriage bolt, a bolt, and two wing nuts. I'm assuming everything goes like I have in the pictures below? I didn't get any other washers or nuts but this is the only way I can see it working? Carriage bolt up top, and bolt on the bottom?

Hey @jowybyo maybe you can give me some insight on the Hi-Lift mount? I’m not a complete dumb dumb but I’m at a complete loss how I’m supposed to mount it with two bolts two wing nuts and that spacer.
