The haha was about threadjacking. This isn’t some serious thread or anything. We can do DM’s too but I’m honestly unable to keep up with those and probably ignoring people I should be following up with.

Check out the headlight harness thread in my sig and imagine that without the conversion for OEM LED and it’s my version of the r4t harness I linked in the second post.

Only sever the wires, to the door mirror turn lamps, to intercept them with a relay each side.
Option to power the relays are DRL input (all the way from the engine bay), Tail input (in cab), fused ignition source (in cab)
Turn signal select cuts off ground to relay, tying back the wire to the turn signal input to lamp.
Relay rests in original turn circuit so Hazards work when all off.

Thanks for the info. When it comes to running extra wires, such as from the mirrors inside and through the firewall, that is where I draw the line. I am pretty good at some things, but something like that I wouldn't want to tackle! I like plug and play! I recently changed out my OEM headlights to ones where the lens is clear, but the background chrome is blackened out. They are also LEDs but I was ok with my factory stock halogen ones. The newer LEDs look insanely great though with the black background and the side benefit was the larger LED DRL lights which are also sequential turn signals too. I swapped out the old for the new headlights myself and it was completely plug and play with no modifications at all. That is what I like. But I have to admit that if someone came out with a simple swap for the mirrors that made them light up when the DRLs were activated, that would be cool. By the way, I also swapped out my side mirror signals with the ones from MESO customs, that are black instead of the chrome. That was another one of the first things I did back in 2019 when I bought my TRD Sport. However, as you said, MESO was constantly running out of them, but another guy "bustabeatgeorge.com" was an authorized reseller for MESO and ran a special deal for only $80 instead of MESOs $100, so I got mine from bustabeatgeorge. About a year ago, I saw someone else out there, who had basically the same "looking" mirror signals, blackened out, and while they were also LED like MESO, they were also SEQUENTIAL! Now that I have sequential turn signals integrated into my new headlights, it would be cool to have the sequential mirror signals too, but I am not going to buy them since I already have pretty good ones. But if you do ever integrate DRL lights into the side mirrors, make dang sure you post that mod here in Tacomaworld. That would be cool to see...
