Local Dealer Has Tacos

I went to my dealer's service department this morning and was surprised to see a bunch of new Tacomas on the lot that they didn't have a couple of weeks ago. About half of them seem to be TRD Sport 2wd. I guess availability depends on area and the dealer. Thought folks might find this interesting.

thanks for sharing! A little out of the way. Was gonna have a family member in orlando check it out for me. I wonder if the sales are dropping because people are waiting for the 2022 now.

 

Couple of years back I was looking for a 2019 Rav4 Hybrid and no one had stock locally. Had to go to a dealer in Sebring a bit over an hour away to find what I wanted. I did the deal entirely over the phone and email and just went to the dealer to sign the paperwork and pick up the car. You may be able to do the same if you can't get anything locally. Not sure where you are located, but Orlando is about a 2 hour drive from Stuart. One thing to keep in mind if you are not from Florida is that we are stuck with Southeast Toyota Distributors here. They add lots of overpriced distributor installed crap you will have to negotiate out (the price, not the options...nothing you can do about getting rid of those), so keep that in mind if you look down here.

 

How do the prices look?

 

I didn't get that far, only looked at the stickers. It was a bit after 7:00 a.m. and sales wasn't open so I couldn't ask my salesperson. There were no dealer price markups added to the stickers at least.
