Not for sale. The owner is dead or in an old age home, possibly the daughter "takes care of it". No one has lived there since my house build started, so 1.5 years its been empty. They have someone mow the lawn and clean the pool now and then. Its overgrown, shed is completly full, old lawn mower is sitting out front. I have complained but to raccoons living in the shed. lol The town is involved and already sent the code enforcement out to inspect the property. They put a letter on their door. If they dont answer them by a certain time they town will come in and clean it all up and charge the homeowner. So well see

Threw in this big ass window! The front is starting to come together now. The dogs express their enthusiasm by barking at everything they see through it.

We live on the shore road that rings a small lake - everyone that lives in the neighborhood walks the road with their dogs so it's just going all the time now haha

Lennox equipment is at least 3 months out in my area. One contractor wouldn't even give me a bid. We went with mitsubishi/trane as it was all we could get our hands on. Although, for the system were putting in, spec showed better efficiency numbers. Time will tell :notsure:

Have you looked at the Museum of Modern Art (https://store.moma.org/)? I'm not sure if they sell canvas, but I know they sell prints. If you're open to something other than canvas, you could look at Displate (https://displate.com/). They sell metal 'posters'/prints.

New system in. Haven't had ac all summer, wife was ready to snap but she's been pretty good about it. Fortunately it was only a 6 week wait for equipment.

Yep, that's about what mine cost. Not sure which healthy climate filter you got, but I put one of those in last summer. Best thing I ever did for my allergies. Merv 16 rating/ carbon filter with uv light combo. My allergies are completely gone. Except for when I step outside or leave the house.

We're building a new house and we made some changes to our AC System (zoned the system added remote temp sensors in bedrooms UV light, Humidity control) being installed by the AC contractor. He told us that later this yr and next yr is going to be a shit show with AC equipment and will most likely be $4-$6K more than current prices.

Seems like a good deal. How many tons?

Ours was 20K, but that includes the heat pump, variable furnace (propane), new ducting, etc. Installed the week before the 110°F days. God was watching.........no such systems to be found around here currently.

Even idling the thing blows cold. The suck part is, it uses so little electricity we are completely spoiled. 85°F feels real HOT now. OOPS.

No uv, but living in the 2nd worst place on the planet for allergies, and having pets, upgrading the filtration was a no brainer.

I believe it. Took almost a month just to get all the bids in. Called four places. One never returned my call, another wasn't accepting new customers but I could get on their waiting list, 3rd outfit I suspect really didn't want the job, they over bid the shit out of it, guys I ended up going with gave me the same thing for 5k less.
