I bought a shovel and soft shackles the very next day.

I just did it from my desktop lol. Anyways her she is, 2010 off-road 287,000 on the clock and I'm the second owner. Buddy of mine bought her new in college and took very good mechanical care of it. but it does have a few scratches and some small dents.

Thanks, both headlights and fog lights are busted and hazed over but I have new ones coming tomorrow. Any good day trips or trails I could hit with the wife and kids? we only live about 6 miles from stoney lonesome but I'm not sure if there is much there for this rig lol

 

@Thunder Fist has a 600-1 trip planned for August 14th. That's a very stock friendly ride. @baldridge brings his family on that trip. Other than that, I'm honestly not sure b/c I don't know where Stoney is at

 

I will have one guy driving who has literally never off roaded. He's excited though. I'm also open to doing 600-2 if someone else leads. I haven't done that one before as @cubie is fond of reminding me lol

 

Stoney is an off road park in Cullman County just off I-65 Exit 299.

 

I've never done 600-2 either I wouldn't imagine it'd be worse than Moab or my trip to TN.

 

Some of y’all seem to be pretty savvy with finding deals, so I’d like to ask ya to keep your eyes peeled for me. I’d like to upgrade to a decked drawer system for my 3rd gen short bed and would rather not pay for a brand new one if I can find a used one somewhere.

 

I'm sorry if this is a stupid question. what is 600-1 and 600-2? I assume they are trail number but have no idea where.
