Sounds like you've got a good dealer, there are some out there, just not here...

My air filter was just as bad, I've temporarily blown them out using my compressor but will get some ordered. I had told the service rep that I've done a lot of dusty off roading recently and specifically asked them to check both filters. On the checklist he ticked that he had checked them. Lame work shy dumb ass!

Pinned the trans tstat/added a bigger cooler. Temps went from 190-230 at the converter/190-210 at the pan, to 150-180 at the converter/140-170 at the pan. Much better

i'm not sure what kind of wheels you have and if the part number i posted for the toyota oem black lug nuts would fit your 2018 tacoma but here's a link on black lug nuts that might help you out:

Made it out after dark this evening on an end of weekend ice cream run. Have to say that the LASFITs are a nice upgrade over the stock halogens. Was impressed with the low beam brightness and color (only got flashed at once), and the high beams really lit things up. I wasn’t looking to drop a lot of $ on light bulbs, but would say these are a pretty good option at just over $100 for all four. Time will tell how they hold up though.

Finally got my topper. 16 weeks from the order date. That was a test of patience! I do really like it though.

    TACOshell.jpg TACOshell2.jpg

The funny thing (at least to me) is that I hated the oem decals on the truck bed, so I removed them soon after I got it. But then I was looking at decals on a site I found here and decided I just had to have the one with mountains. When I went to put them on yesterday, I had an idea...

    TACOshelldecoration2.jpg TACOshelldecoration.jpg

If I had to do this over, I would definitely move the bed side sticker down a bit. I think it looks pretty cool though.

Def. put more space between the decals. It looks ok up close, but it is too close together when viewed from a distance.

Thanks for the update and I’m glad you are happy with the LASFITs. It sounds like a good option to go with at that price. I hope they hold up well and light up many more ice cream runs for you.

I put in the TC bed stiffeners too as I wanted a set that went all the way to the top.

Can't say for sure that they are better than the Rago ones but based on physics they should be.

Simple to install and cheap insurance.

Dropping off at the shop for some suspension work.

4WP boned me though and the UCA still haven't arrived 2wk after I was told they were en route, so now that's gonna cost a bunch more to put on after the fact... :bananadead:

Take a look at that top plate spacer.
Your factory studs are longer than the plate is thick.
Did you grind down the studs?
If not you may be sitting on the points of the factory studs.

Got this to replaced my MESO ultimate turns. It’s actually (not trying to knock) cooler “sequential” and brighter. The only thing I don’t like about this is the hyper flashing in reverse is back. The Meso ones (has built in load resistors) works well with meso total tails kit.
To be honest I never use signal on reverse often. Maybe once a year. Also I don’t drive backwards. Lol

So, I have been looking at these grilles and everything on the site shows "tacoma" not "taco." Do you have a link to the exact grille you have and can you tell me what it cost you?
