Definitely the beer talking last night. 3rd gens are nice but I'm keeping my 2010.

 

The real sin was not bringing enough beers for the whole thread

There's nothing "Natural" with natty.

 

I had a 2010 MT V6 - it was okay. Gen 3 even before I added the SC is better. JMO though - could be because my Gen 2 was an AC and my Gen3 is DC. Both 100 times better than my Chevy Z71 which shit the bed as soon as the power train warranty went out. Never again for them.

 

I would only consider a third gen that had a supercharger.

 

I would probably put a supercharger in my 2010 if they weren’t so expensive.

 

If you buy a used one, you may save like $200...

has anyone recently had issues receiving tabs from the DMV within 15 days of online renewal?

takes close to a month here. Did the Tundra early this month and still waiting for the tags.

 

Gotcha, yeah I did mine at the start of the month and realized today that I never got them. I'll hang on a little longer.

Long story short I was concerned that my roommate chucked them out of spite, he is still pissed that I asked him to move out and has been throwing a long tantrum.

I did get some of the extended car warranty mailers so I know the DMV has the right address.

 

I just checked, did the renew on the 9th. 18 days into it now.
Tried to do it at the DMV, but the offices are closed, everything is being done online. That great big brick building with state of the art kiosks is sitting pretty much empty now.

I don't mind the online renewal process but I wish there was more of a paper trail... like a receipt with all of the info and a tracker to check mailing status
