I just bought a plain Jane Tacoma SR that doesn't come with a rear seat. What can I buy that will fit in the space? Thanks for any suggestions.

OP, in all seriousness, there's a lot of free options out there and even for your house if you're redneck enough and know someone that works at a convenient store.

In all reality, you need to give us something more to go on here. If you want something that will fit the best, then buy the factory seats. If your not actually using it for people, then a milk crate is just fine. You will probably also need the seat belts, all the plastic trim, and all that stuff.

Those are actually the cheap version you buy online. You can get the real 4 or 6 gallon ones that will hold several hundred pounds including my fat friend Mike.

I use the cheap ones for fishing. I dont need something that can support Mike in the back of a kayak. Though I do have some of the Mike approved ones in the garage that I keep old parts in.

So to answer your question I "think" you can get the AC seats from someone that has taken them out and put them in. They're not exactly cheap, at least not as cheap as milk crates or 5 gallon buckets.

Take some pictures of the rear interior, I am assuming you have the utility package, access cab. Someone might want to swap parts with you.
