So I got a 2” lift installed on my truck about a month ago it’s 2” in front 1” in rear I’m getting a rotational humming noise almost like a helicopter taking off lol but it’s not loud here’s what I’ve done I tried a diff drop and that made it worse so I took it off then I did the ecgs clamshell bearing on the driver side and that made the noise better but it’s still present does anyone have a idea? Has anyone else experienced this?

Check the brake dust shield, sometimes they get bent when installing the lift

Might be the tires. Did you get an alignment? Have you checked your tire balance since the Lift???

Tires have to be balanced after a lift?

Did you get an alignment after lift? Tires do not need to be rebalanced.
    Possibly carrier bearing drop needed..

I tried a diff drop and that made it worse is a carrier drop for the rear? the noise seems to come from the front end

Carrier is in the middle of your drive shaft. Yes rear. Don't use the diff drop. If you say it's coming from the front, did you get an alignment?

Ha ha, no but the lift may have made the tires noisier. You may not have noticed it before the lift.
