My Tacoma has auto lights, they just don't come on if it's raining in the daytime. I would like it if they did, considering the lights are set to auto and it should be doing that. My Camry that cost half as much had that programmed into it. That was my point

It's harder to commit crimes if your lights always come on automatically

Yeah my 7 year old piece of junk Ford focus had lights that came on in the rain. Considering you legally have to have your lights on when the wipers are on I wish they would come on automatically. Now that I'm thinking of it maybe the drls count for that though.

Finally, someone with some damn sense. Being that you should have at least learned your surroundings when casing the area, turn that switch off when quietly approaching. Only turn it back on once you’re in the clear during the getaway. Auto headlights are for amateurs.

My 2006 Silverado had auto headlights and power folding features. I just assumed that my 2019 Tacoma had this and more. The only things my 2019 has that my 2006 didn’t is Bluetooth and a backup camera. How is that for progress for you?

You're better than the computer. But if you use the computer, you don't have to do anything.
I wish mine did this. I have been blinded by some road sign reflections. Although given the delay, I probably would've still been blinded and then just could've seen less well since everything is darker.
This must have changed for '21 as I have a pretty bare bones OR and I have auto headlights.

Maybe just turn the headlights on and leave them on. It avoids “forgetting to turn them on and it’s a good safety thing as well.

I want my tail lights lit up more than anything, to increase the chances I'm seen in a downpour and not rear ended. We have the worst drivers over here

I'll just turn on all my Offroad lights also

Maybe, but I've never seen a Camry driver do this (yet)Screenshot_20210723-123801_Instagram.jpg

Why are there rules on a Freeway and we are required to be sober on a highway?
