    Morning Whateverers

Hopefully today is the day I can finish scraping plaster off some bricks :fingerscrossed::fingerscrossed:I took a pause for other projects a while back (and cause my knuckles and nails could only take so much punishment). Finished painting our laundry room yesterday, but the stove fireplace is the finisher.

Why do we have a stove in our "laundry" room? It's the closest place to the kitchen and our water heater so I guess it's kinda sorta logical :notsure:
It's a weird room. 3 doorways and a wall of doors, plus a stove. I had to hand paint about 50% of the room and the funny thing is once I put the washer and dryer back and we get new cabinets on the side almost all the walls will actually end up covered.

Also, HD doesn't have the 90" cabinets anymore and I'm going to have to buy the 84" :angrygirl:

I don't like videos unless I've watched them or at least in part. I forgot!

It was pretty funny. Not sure why lube didn't sneak it's way into the poll...

@OneGiraffe , are you digging and scraping the plaster to return the brick finish that someone has covered in the past? Just curious because sounds like shit ton of work. Time for a air needle gun I think what it's called. Could make life easier.

Yes, but I am only trying to bring the texture down and make it less disgusting. Restoring to the original brick isn't much of an option but I can at least try and take it down so it can be cleaned and repainted properly.

I'll take some new pics of it later today once I dig in. The upper sections are scraped but not sanded yet and those were the easier parts.

As I get older, I think of all the people I’ve lost along the way. Maybe tour guide was a bad career choice.

    Good morning whateverers
