Still think TITNC3: Return of the Iceberg was peak

Dallas >PHX plane was late getting in but it’s sitting here now with no one on board. 3 hours till takeoff and previous passengers have been off for 30 mins. No anouncement or explanations have been made. Oh well.

I’m re watching the 100 on Netflix. Absolutely amazing show would recommend.

my list for the next few weeks has :
New season of all American
New season of the flash
New season of Ted lasso(as it comes week by week)

and best of all season 2 of outer banks. I don’t know if any of you guys like this show but almost everyone my age loves it. They put out szn 1 right as we all got news of extended spring break because of corona. And it’s set in outer banks. Vibes were immaculate at the time.

 

@5nahalf are you planning on adding another additional chunk of ASO of it keeps going red? If it get sub 32 I think I’m throwing a large chunk in.

Day-um, Utqiagvik? You can’t get further North than that in Alaska without hitting the Arctic Ocean…

 

Yup, the village formerly known as Barrow. Northernmost point in the US. The only thing there is sea ice, polar bears, and astronauts patiently waiting for liftoff

 

WTF? They renamed Barrow? Missed that but I left Fairbanks in 1995. lol

Officially it’s name was changed back to the original native name, but many/most people still call it Barrow. Happened a few years ago I think.

 

Fair point. After I typed it I almost edited it to "re-renamed". lol

 

I try not to do much more than get to the hotel and wait to hop on the bush plane the next morning but I think even most of the locals still call it barrow. The school is still barrow high school. I remember someone mentioning it was kinda like a city divided over which name was “correct” but no freaking clue why or which group thinks what name is the right one
