Just got my ARB bumper in and I got to the steps where they ask you to take the crossmember extensions off and put on the new support bar. I got the new support bar on and I could throw on the 3 front screws on either side but I couldn't throw on the bottom ones. Any suggestions? Anyone ever see this? I need my truck for Saturday and can't ride without a bumper! Gah this sucks!

Are the ends busted? I got into an accident not that long ago (rear ended and pushed into the car infront of me) and bent the front skid plate a little. Just the top half of it. I also got some rash on the bumper cover but the crash bar is in good shape.

Additionally In the two pics you can see how the bottom doesn't sit flat to it. Is there a fix I can do or just say fuck it and take it to the shop? I don't know if they noticed the damage or not.

I've installed a few bumpers, but not an arb. I'm not familiar with a spot to install bolts on the bottom. More pictures please?

Your bumper should probably be tight up against the frame ends, looks like you have a 1/4-1/2" gap so I'm assuming the frame end plates that the mounting studs are welded to are pulled out/bent. You'll need to straighten those out to get the bumper sucked in flush and the lower cross member holes lined up to the tabs

Absolutely! I peeled the bracket off for tonight so I could close the garage door but here's what I got. I'm having trouble throwing the lower bolts into where the extensions would've gone but it's to tight. Is it just me or.. is It bent?

Sorry for the shit angle. I'll try to get some better ones after work tomorrow

So. Here's a quick update. I called the repair shop to see if I can get it in. Here's a picture of the front end after the wreck.

I managed to bend the skid plate as I said so maybe it bent the cross member as well? I dunno man. I just want my bumper on
