    Well unfortunately mine already does that slightly, since I don’t have the 4x4 component weight up front it lifted it a bit higher. I’m working to resolve that with softer coil springs though though :rofl:

    My wife has a Wrangler so really our off road needs are met with that.
    That means I could make the truck more rallye oriented, which would be cooler in my opinion.
    I just have to save up for that supercharger.

    You're not running any kind of rear differential are you? I didn't see one on your parts list.
    Saw an ad for the Truetrac and made me curious, I had been eyeballing one a while back.

    I just did one myself and it wasn't too bad. From everything I read the tolerances on the TrueTrac are excellent so gear backlash stays about the same. Good old Youtube helped for learning how to measure backlash and use marking compound to check gear meshing.

    Took the old diff out and measured backlash on the old carrier and checked pinion backlash (didn't replace that bearing as it's more involved). Disassembled everything. Swapped the ring gear and installed new carrier bearings (freeze truetrac and heat up the bearings and they slip right on). Checked backlash and everything stayed very close to prior tolerances. Gear marking compound showed good contact meshing. Pinion stayed the same. Fill with non synthetic gear oil as Truetrac's work better with it.

    It's only been about five months since install but everything has been working well with no issues whatsoever.

    Not much was done to the truck or vehicles on my short vacation. Just buying more tools and parts as well as planning. eventually, after the lsd is installed in the truck ill look at getting drag tires and it can also be shared with my 4runner. even n/a the time at the 1/4 was always crap as the takeoff from the line was terrible with the open diff and off roady tire. so I spent a little bit finding a tire within a certain overall diameter to not change the gearing too much and finding wheels to fit said tire. This seems to fit the bill for the tire.

    I couldn’t get that metallic blue to copy over too well but it gives you an idea. I think it’ll look good.

    That's what I did. Went with 4.10 w/Truetrac and solid spacer. Swapped it out super quick! ECGS for the win.
