It's pricey but seems to be the better option. Especially with it being able to disengage automatically when you need to back up and reposition and then automatically engages again once you start moving forward. @G.T. has the Harrop lockers in his 77 series and loves them

 

I like mine too but I literally bought it just for the garage. I would have been happy with an even smaller house. My garage has more square feet than the house if you don't count the basement

 

my house is pretty small tbh but its great for me and the dog and it has a good size yard for her as well and i can fit most of my vehicle stuff there lol

 

I don't have much of a yard. I got a wrap around driveway at least

 

Again, goals.

My house is decent for a single guy; biggest draw was price and an acre outside city limits. Garage is fine for the most part, but it's short, needs electrical work, and sucks to work in during summer and winter. I want tall ceilings and a lift.

I'm hoping to get a heater installed in mine before winter because that's when I usually work on the truck and my car or other people's vehicles

My driveway goes around my house basically which is great if I'm pulling a trailer
