So this guy for the T-case: https://performanceimprovements.com/products/rl50604

And by this archived thread post, since there is 2 versions of the 75w90 (75w90 and 75w90NS)

Are ECGS/Needle Bearing symptoms just vibrations through the driveline and it goes away if in 4WD? Just confirming...haven't done the test drive yet and will be looking for it. Not loving the angle of my CV but I think it's fine. We shall see...

It might be easier, but that doesn't mean forgiveness will be given.

That's a lot of money. With all the wheeling we do and the paces we put these truck on, in not sure I would want to spend that. I think it would get ruined. My cap, which is fiberglass and yes totally different, flexes so much on the trails that water now leaks in around the windows. With all the flexing I'm sure you could end up with issues around the door seals. Strictly overland travel then yes.

If you don't care about having a flat bed why not just build some steel brackets to mount it to.

For the flex issue, the mount at one end could be made articulated so the box can sit how it wants.

Makes me think now. Why not articulate the whole chassis between the cab and bed? Flex for days.

Just shooting the shit. I don't expect anyone here to spend close to $20k CAD to buy that whole RSI kit. Note the truck in the RSI render doesn't even have sliders. Nor do I think the rear quarter panel storage bins can take a hard drop on rocks.

Those specifications are great and I think all those gaskets are exactly the same as I used on my first Gen

Nice that you put the torque specifications in there pretty sure that’s exactly what I used

I got lucky and Exeter Toyota pumped me some oil out of their drums…
