Looking to upgrade my rear brake lines to stainless steel braided and was wondering if anyone has done this and what would you recommend. As far as the lines go I am wanting just the rear from the frame to the rear axle so not the front and the back let me know your thoughts

Total stereo replacement, TRD Exhaust, Fox 2.0 coilovers, 2.0 reservoirs with an AAL in rear for about 2.5 inch lift, gunmetal TRD 4Runner wheels wrapped in K02
I haven’t changed my rear soft lines but up front I’ve put steel braided pvc coated lines when I replaced my calipers. I ordered them from wheelersoffroad.com. They have rears at normal or extended length and come in red or black coating.

I also have the ones from Wheelers. PVC coated braided stainless lines: If you're looking for improved performance, braided steel lines will net negligible gains (unless your stock lines are severely degraded)--it's more for durability and the extended length in the rear.

I've got the wheelers brake lines too and they have been working well for 4 years now. Price was right and installation was easy enough.

A few mods here and there and counting....
If you're gonna do the rears, might as well do the fronts and bleed the entire system w fresh fluid. I got fr/rr from Headstrong Off Road.

All have them, and they’re pretty much the same.
I’d do at least +2 in the rear, but might as well do +4” if you’re lifted or plan to be. Just makes it easier to work on the truck in the future if you ever change out springs/shocks.
