Install of third and clamshell is the easy part, lining up gears on the carrier however... that requires a level of patience and knowledge I do not currently possess.

 

Front diff is like, buried up there with so many parts..... Dont really want to take half my truck apart. Unless it's not all that difficult.....

Really I'm just done with heat and having a shit driveway and asshole/druggie neighbors who block me in by parking crooked and shit

 

Pull CVs, unbolt front driveshaft, drop crossmembers and clamshell. Hardest thing would be wiring up the E locker(s). Of course all jobs seem easy at first and turn from a 3 beer job into a 2 case ordeal real quick.
I'm probably simplifying things, I'd have to crawl under and really look at it.
