Looks like the sway bar relocation bracket bolts for strip. Is there away to reattach it? I want to weld the spacer to the Frame but i believe the spacer aluminum. I look Online and can’t find anyone who sale steel spacer. I would like to put my sway bar back on . Any idea TW ?Driving with a sway bar isn’t my cup of tea.

You will need remove it. Looks like it actually cracked the frame if so, that will need to be repaired. Then you could have a shop copy the aluminum one in steel.
