    Some stuff. Not a lot, just some.
    The original purpose of the warrants was for a share count. Brokers have said they can exercise them but it's never been at the $2.75 mark to do it. You have to pay the $2.75 for the warrant to issue the share. It's a per share count so ten warrants would be $27.50 for 10 more shares.

    At least by my reading it's a fee per exercise 'session' so exercised as many as possible is your best bet...
    Just like the $6.95 trading fee for OTC on TD vs Free on Fidelity.

    Yes, the SHARES cost $2.75 each, but your brokerage will also charge an execution fee for the warrant exercising...THAT is a fee per "lot" it's like $25 or something so you don't want to exercise 1 or 2 shares...You want to do as many as you can afford at once...
