Crossing 200+ yards of 3 foot water on Drummond Island, MI (Connor's Hole).

 

Does a post-crossing shot in my old Jeep count?
Broke my own rules of "Never wheel alone, always check water crossings before driving in" and that puddle got deep FAST. I had water above the bottom of the windshield and barely got to this point before it died. I got lucky, drowned sensors killed it before it hydrolocked.
Spent some quality time pulling the spark plugs and blowing water out of the cylinders, then limped it back to the beach house we were renting (OBX) and let it dry out while I changed all of the fluids. Had some fun time stressing over weather I'd killed my Jeep 8 hours from home on a family vacation
