Arizona Mod Day, Jan. 29th!

4 suspension installs. its going to be a long day!

We usually have a MOD Day every couple months but you can ask us for help when your free and some of us will be able to help you with the install

 

Well some of the stuff I ordered is on back order so I may not have all my stuff in time

I live next to ASU on McClintock and University so if you need a ride just let me know.

I just got done with my suspension install last week and its all fresh in my head, my focus will be to help out with that stuff. I'll borrow my buddies floor jack and I have big jack stands, electric impact etc



On a side note, I am going to be putting my old lift and tires-n-wheels up for sale as a "package" soon, if anyone is interested let me know.
It will consist of:

884 coils w/ 1/2 Toytec spacer on the stock Billies
Stock rear billies
(70k on shocks, might want to use newer shocks)
1" block - Needs u-bolts, had to cut one to remove
4-BFG AT 285/70/17 and TRD Sport Wheels.
(one tire mounted, the rest broken down)

Not looking to get a lot out of it, might be a good start for someone looking to get lifted. Willing to work with you guys since were all local and what not.

 

1. nofords08- ss break lines, and spark plugs, possible u-bolt flip kit. also i will bring tools, and a floor jack and jack stands.
2. Tightshirts- front & rear suspension install.
3. YumaTRD (David)- No mods planed, just helping
4. CaptMorgan (Morgan) Fix my Temp/Compass (ill bring some big jackstands I have and some tools)
5. Sook (Dan) BHLM, DTRL, maybe bedlights if I get the bar and lights in time.
6. Pinal1223 (Curt) Extra hands. Fix my Compass/temp
7. Chris4x4 (Chris) Extra hands, some tools, install lift on tightshirts truck, punch Pinal1223 in the ovaries for bringing the cold...
8. Rpain (Ryan) Extra hands, coming without the truck (if Cmack picks me up at ASU on the way)
9. CMack (Slabber Master) apparently according to RPain and Pinal1223, coming with Smart Car that Pinal thinks I have, bringing POS truck & camera. Fixes/mods unknown at this point in time all assuming I have work off and/or am not with a new company by then.
10. Flynn Diesel (Justin) Pioneer AVH-PR200DVD. Providing beer.
11. ColtsTRD (Scott) Front/Rear Suspension Install
12. Cortland (Cortland) Raising front 5100's
13. 08pretaco (Oliver) Probably: BHLM, Fox Coilover install possibly, extra hands, electric impact, I can loan some spring compressors from Vatozone.
14. McJosh (Josh) have my brother's 5100's to install on his tacoma but I might get help with that sooner. I also have arm rests to do in my truck... Can bring jack and stands.

 

Yes, I can attest to that at the last mod day @ Alex's house!

 

That was a fun day. we only got 2 done that day.

 

haha...I remember that...it was a bitch trying to disconnect your spindles lol...thank god for WD-40 and hammers! Your truck looks great btw!

 

I'm working on the house this weekend but could get away for a couple hours.

 

It was a great day for mail.

UPS brought my K&N filter.
USPS brought my steering wheel interface.
Then just when I thought the day couldn't get any better Fedex arrived with the Wet Okoles my wife ordered me for Christmas. Great way to start the weekend!

 

I may make an appearance but don't expect any autographs.

Well I just got the Confirmation that my Rear 5100s AND 885s are being shipped out. I'll have everything by this up coming Wednesday.

Ok so here is something that might interest someone. I have done some research on CL and have come across 2 sets of headlights for a 05+ Tacoma. They are both asking for $50 bucks, PM me if you are serious and want me to pick you up and pair and have you pay me back. I dont want to be out a set of headlights so I thought this might be something that interests someone else as well.

 

Count me in for 885/5100 fronts and 1.5 AAL if there is time. Thanks!

 

Hey guys,

For anyone who will be at the Mod Day...I have a good set of BFG A/T's for sale that are still sitting in the garage if anyone is interested. They are 267/70-17's mounted on stock steel GM wheels and only have about 1000 miles on them. They are the same lug pattern as our 6 luggers. The tires alone were over $1000 new from Discount. If anyone wants these let me know and I will bring them down to the Mod Day. I am asking $600 for wheels and tires.

I also have a set of 5100's that only have about 6 months on them. I will sell those with the springs already mounted for $200 if anyone wants them.
