Close to 18k. Yes, wheeling in Moab in may and then twice at the dunes. Def had some hard hits. Haven’t been to the dealer yet.

Husbo and I put the suspension on and then got it aligned. Nothing back then but I’ve had it wheeling since then.

Have it all put together. Might be a 1/16th or 1/8th off. Using a tape measure. Pic of the tech.

the dealer will probably beg off a direct result of the aftermarket installation

photos show & its a given the axle is tweaked

a very good 4 Wheeler shop located near U with much experience is a bet

Ur hubby with a bud & a good tape measure can determine how much out U are

    it took a hard hit

getting it back might take at least spring set 1 side

yes we disconnected the shock and lowered the axel a lot and jiggled the leaf springs and then reinserted the pins and tightened it all up again.

NEW PROBLEM: significant vibration when in drive and reverse. Much less in neutral. Less when driving. Possibly skid plate touching exhaust?? Stopped in a parking lot right now. Much louder in reverse

Have you put a high load on the powertrain while in reverse?
