Yeah I didn’t think about taking the old one. I’m just happy with how much better it runs now.

correct, you drill into the roof and use rivnuts to secure the rack to the roof. Also, I received an email earlier in the day from CBI that stated their prices are going up on August 2nd because the cost of their materials have gone up 35-60% in recent months.

New tailgate latch install this morning. Decent fitting part that was only $22 Canadian on Amazon.

Yeah me too so I guess time will tell but I’ve been operating with a broken latch for a few years now so this is much better.

I did use OEM when I replaced the drivers door handle after a bad Amazon experience

The doorhandle was $169 Canadian from the dealer here… Ouch

Out with the old, in with the new. No small wonder the compressor sounded like a cicada, it had maybe 5 CC of oil.

Put 120cc of PAG 46 in the compressor and 20 in the receiver. Been holding 30” of vacuum for about 20 minutes now, I’ll give it another 40 min and button her up.

trying to chase down this shake in the front end. The only thing I think it could be at this point is the steering rack, but I don't really want to load the parts cannon and shell out $500 if its not the rack :annoyed:

mine is leaking and I thought why not replace it. Also got the shakes at 65 - 70 mph. Balanced and replaced wheels and tires / rotors and brakes. Ball joints. Got better but still there. So since the rack has a leak, I pulled the trigger. We shall see

mine is leaking a tiny bit, and has the tiniest bit of play, but the play has been there for months.
Rotated tires, replaced brake pads, calipers, rotors (had a caliper dragging), ball joints have zero play in the them, tie rods have no play, control arm bushings are new. I am at complete loss lol

Tire sizes vary despite being labeled the same. Your new tires are not worn down at all.

If you've gotten an alignment recently it could be that as well.

Fender liners or mud flap would be my guess as to what is rubbing. You should be able to see marks on the tire.
