    Kind of the way I was looking at it too.
    Thanks all those quoted, and pretty much yes all of the above said.
    I'm fine, just had a discussion with second in command at work the other day. I asked him for his time, he obliged. Didn't go bad didn't go good either...sometimes you just got to get something off your chest and then wonder if I should have just let it go.
    Then there's my son, bought these two POS cars, and they've been nothing but PIA, just as I told him. I farted around a bit with one of them, (both Audi TT), couldn't figure it out, and disgusted that he bought the things in the first place:annoyed:
    Then my daughters vehicle been losing coolant, bad radiator but I have lifetime replacement because I just put it in a couple years ago....tackle that tomorrow.

    Thanks. I feel they do appreciate me, it's more the fact of my skillset preventing me from any kind of promotion. Won't even let me move laterally. Then they're guys who have taken positions I've applied for then dont stay more than a month or two and move on. 17 years same position. Machinist, and machinist not exactly crawling out of the cornfields looking for work around here.
